I Am StreetSmart app for iPhone and iPad

The I Am StreetSmart app is an add-on to the StreetSmart Impact app. I am StreetSmart actively involves participants in the data registration of their personal development process. The app is a digital coaching device which facilitates remote coaching between you and a youth worker. See upcoming interventions, fill out surveys, respond to questions and evaluate your learning progress to provide your coach with accurate information.

MAIN FEATURES

1. Agenda: see and join (upcoming) educational interventions organised by your organisation.
2. Self-evaluation: connect with the StreetSmart Impact app and evaluate mood, skills, goals and social contacts yourself to make sure your coach receives accurate information.
3. Remote contact: get in touch with your coach by sending messages and questions.
4. Take surveys: participate in surveys and fill out questionnaires to follow up on goals and to provide essential information to your coach.
5. Track learning progress: monitor the progress of your personal development over time and – if necessary - adjust strategies with your coach.
